Sleep deprived and if I want to go home it'll be put down as sick. I don't want to be on call and there aren't any dates that I have a day off the next day to rest, utter madness

Working in the NHS is mad. 12 hour shift yesterday, followed by being on call. Home for an hour after my shift before being called out and staying at the hospital until just before 2am. Got an hours sleep due to restlessness. And then back in 5 hours later for another 12 hours
