On average 3 minutes of a game you change the picture on the ball. 87 minutes other people change the picture,the ball is always moving,players always readjusting, where to be, why be there, when to be there.Anyone who thinks this is not a brain game needs to rethink their logic.

Youth players have to be given the freedom to fail. They make a mistake and the other team scores, try again... this is the only way to learn. Every mistake is a chance to learn. Eventually with good coaching and a positive environment they will come out better at the end.
