@PedernalesCoop pls DM me? I'm worried for my fam's safety and haven't gotten help over the phone. Line crushed under a tree since 2/1. 🔥 dept came by + said they can't touch it bc it's still attached. Cable came by today and said it's too unsafe to fix our internet.
