Yeah, this sounds like a lot of people are about to learn a hard lesson on why you do not pre-order a game before you see gameplay. Especially a $100 game, because that's exactly what it is.
If the PS5 Pro can't even run this game at 60 FPS just what type of experience exactly are we to expect for the base? PS5? Again a $100 game.
I remember making a post a few days ago about how this game felt like it was being made for the next generation of consoles and is only being ported to this current generation of consoles. If this is anywhere close to true, this pretty much confirms that.
Bro, I better not hear another word about "that's just how Rockstar does things!"
And before anybody tries to come with that weak argument "30 fps is not that bad," You are absolutely correct. 30 FPS is not bad. You actually can have a pretty good time with 30 FPS, if it's stable and locked. However, this is a game that apparently costs over a billion dollars to develop but it's costing you out of pocket $100 if you want the full game. And if you want the game to play decently, you have to have the most powerful console on the market available right now that currently costs $900 and even then you're STILL stuck with 30fps no matter what.
So guess what? They're going to re-release this game next year when the PlayStation 6 comes out. And it'll play at 60fps. THEN you'll get the full GTA 6 experience they've been teasing in the trailers!
Instead of just delaying the game to come out at the same time as the PS6 and support previous gen, they're going to make two releases, actually 3 because that's also when they're going to release the PC version. Then they'll say if you want to get the full experience, buy the $100 for the PS6 that's rumored to cost over $1000+.
I can't bro😭
The thing about these data centers is, they bring no jobs. No tax revenue and are pretty much exclusively using the place’s ground water. The local politicians are literally getting millions in buyouts for sliding these things across the table.
