Since your app keeps crashing @DoorDash_Help I’ll share the the request for help here. Food wasn’t even warm as if they drove for 20 minutes with it in car on a 1 mile delivery (which according to your map, they did)
I know all properties aren’t corporate but is it to much ask of @MBonvoyAssist that the the bathrooms don’t have mold and that the wi-fi isn’t corrupted. @Marriott, the ownership standard has truly dropped and makes me question contractors loyalty
@Cheesecake I’d have to say pulling a 4” piece of hair out of one of your cheesecakes is unacceptable. Obviously, they aren’t prepared on site but clearly quality control is an issue
How many times does someone have to call a property in order for someone to answer @MarriottBonvoy@MBonvoyAssist ? Spoke with the front desk representative this morning regarding a reservation for tonight told I had to use my app, nothing visible there and 10 calls later….
