@sunil_trades @sidneyakpaso2 After that ammendment email my blockfolio (usd) funds are not visible anymore. Contacting Kroll they just sent a generic email. Im devastated if I have done something wrong, cant see my blockfolio funds anywhere in Customer schedules either😢

My previous claim emails from ftx showed the correct amounts but I recieved the same emails as above and now it doesnt show my funds i had on blockfolio😢 Does this mean i filled the claim wrong and need to do something?

@sunil_trades @sidneyakpaso2 Got the same email….The balance of mine has reduced. I had funds on https://t.co/1TTDNjavHB and blockfolio. In this new updated statement they have removed my funds that was on blockfolio. What shall I do😭?
