We are being ignored by @Support, we need your help:

As you know A.L. Crego (@ALCrego_) account has been hacked. The attacker took advantage of the fact that X doesn't ask for 2FA to change the email address of the account.

We have filled the forms X support told us to, even then, we always receive the same auto answer "we can't verify your account".

We have just filled one last form to recover the account at 22:53 CET where we provide the following documentation:
- A.L. Crego ID
- Police complaint
- X Premium invoice

This is more than enough to verify his identity. X ignoring every legit attempt at recovering the account and proof ownership is undoubtedly negligent.

How is there no way to have a human review our forms and every one of them gets rejected ignoring any documentation?

Please,🙏 help us give visibility to this tweet, we need a human on X @Support to review Crego's form to recover the account. They just need to see the documentation we provide, it's blatantly obvious.
