@XRPcryptowolf@s_alderoty Conservative view point would be yes, we have to assume the worst case senario, but I'm hoping for the best! Even if it goes to the Supreme Court, any end to current case, rather good or bad, would give some clarity. Not financial advice, not a financial advisor. #xrp
@UpholdInc@AskUphold , when will 2022 tax documents be available for US citizens? I'm not seeing updated info on the support page for 2022 forms, only 2021. Thank you kindly!
Why I'm so absolutely 100% sure we're right: Just imagine if there was a lawsuit against @bgarlinghouse describing happy hours drug parties at @ripple & Brad's regular LSD use. Oh I bet you that this story would have all over (inter-)national media. And with Lubin & @ConsenSys?
@FarshadRouhani5 @CouldaBeenKilld They are the best of the best man. They own a significant stake in BofA, a Ripple partner rumor has it. They believe in blockchain, and are right to be worried about tinkering with money. It's one of the glues holding our society together, that being said, they sure own a grip /
@digitalassetbuy around the world. In my opinion, they slowed #xrp down because the world wasn't ready for that kind of disruption. Imagine what some of these countries would have had to compete with. Preditorial countries might even try and take advantage. Not financial advice, not a FA.
@digitalassetbuy What would have happened of XRP was in that speech as well. My thoughts, it would have crushed both BTC and Ethereum on utility alone. But then what? The crypto marketcap eventually got as high as $3T. #xrp was well on its way to challenge major currencies. 1/
@ryankberry04@pronoun_impared@mmpadellan I think you understand that assault rifles and hand guns are used in mass shootings, because they are weapons of war. I don't think this conversation is worth having anymore, since we are talking in circles. It's OK to change your mind every once in a while. Good luck!
@pronoun_impared@ryankberry04@mmpadellan I don't have a magic wand, I'm just venting, sharing my ideas, hoping I can change some minds, because that kind of change doesn't happen with one person, state, or political party. It needs to be mostly agreed upon by both sides
@pronoun_impared@ryankberry04@mmpadellan It also doesn't say you have the right bear "every arms under the son that was ever created". Again, I actually want people to be able to own guns, and want qualified individuals to own pistols and assault rifles. I'm not for an outright ban
@pronoun_impared@ryankberry04@mmpadellan Nor does it define "arms". We can do this all day if you would like. Also, amendments can be...ready for this....amendended
@pronoun_impared@ryankberry04@mmpadellan the extreme of banning all weapons. That's why progress isn't made, on anything anymore. People turn their brains off, and assume the worst, they assume that a compromise can't be made. Bullshit. We used to comprise in this country
@pronoun_impared@ryankberry04@mmpadellan I'm not for banning all guns, I'm for banning assault rifles and hand pistols (unless you are qualified to carry these) because those are the weapon of choice for mass shootings. This isn't a thread about crime, it's a thread about mass shootings. Stop trying to drag this to 1/
