@KLM what's going on? Was told by @lastminute_com my flight was cancelled but I've just been asked to check in KL1420. I've already reorganised outbound flights.

Poor service from @lastminute_com. Flights with @KLM_UK for 9 days time have been cancelled. I have rebooked flights myself which have cost more than the original and they will not compensate the extra cost. POOR! Refund only offered within 2 months!! JOKE
