I subscribed to Pro 6 months ago specifically for Deep Research. Since the update, I’m capped at ~1 use/week, yet Labs is “unlimited” (which I don’t use). This feels like a bait-and-switch scam. I’m seriously considering cancelling and switching to Claude Pro.
