@inero@GoldenGuardians@VictorHuang You're right I had forgotten that you guys were already using this. I wasn't really taking credit for it either because it's something that I think that a lot of people have played around with before, my biggest problem was just with the "created" wording
@GoldenGuardians@VictorHuang Also I don't think that I "created" it either, I was inspired by stats in baseball like wRC+ that account for outside factors (in baseball things like the opposing pitcher and park, in LoL matchup is an example)

@RiotTimbolt @TimSevenhuysen This was considered, but ultimately I went against it because I think that pro play is just too different from even the highest level of solo queue. I wanted to be comparing apples to apples with this and would rather have a higher quality of data than a larger quantity.
@FrVonLettow@TimSevenhuysen sizes were smaller. Even with the limited data, matchup results in pro play are much more consistent as everyone is playing them near optimally. Obviously, it's always better to have more data, but I didn't want that to come at the cost of the quality of the data.
@FrVonLettow@TimSevenhuysen I considered using solo queue in my data, but the problem that I had with it was how different even the highest level of solo queue is from pro play. Because this evaluation is being used in pro play, I'd rather compare apples to apples even if that means that the sample 1/2
