@OnePursuitTakes Crews is a Franchise changing type of pick. Crews solidifies this entire rebuild process. (Crews. Wood. House. Abrams. Ruiz. Garcia. Cavalli. Gray. Gore. Rutledge. Henry. Susana). Rizzo always aimed for 2025 and on schedule.
@TalkNats Agree. 2024 is possible for wildcard because once starting rotation is set than wildcard possible. Next year will be adding Cavalli/Rutledge to Gore/Gray. And maybe Skenes
@grantpaulsen Lane Thomas should be extended to long term deal. There is no guarantee that Hassell and Wood will develop to major leaguers. They are both still struggling. 2024 OF would be Thomas. Wood. Crews. IF reports are true Pirates taking Skenes at #1

@JoeDoyleMiLB Don't be surprised if Nats select Wyatt Langford at no. 2 if Skenes goes to Pirates at no. 1. Crews agent is Scott Boras would be reason to select Langford.
@WeAreAllShack Soto is Padres for 2 seasons and he's gone. SD can't afford 500 mill contract and they gave up there farm system. They still wont win World Series because Dodgers and Yankees still better
@EBJunkies Those 5 cost 1.5 Billion Dollars. This is today's game. I'm tired of Nats fans whining about these players. This trade was best for organization in 2-3 years you have a new generation coming. Cavalli. Henry. Gore.Cronin. Green. House. Wood. Abrams. Hassell. Ruiz. Gray. Garcia.
@FabianArdaya To keep those 5 players would cost 1.5 Billion Dollars Don't think So! Rizzo built this organization to 6 NL East Titles and a World Series Championship. You cannot pay one player 500 million and except to fill up a competitive team. Trout/Angels for example.
@grantpaulsen Boras always takes his players to free agency for the highest $$$$. The chances of keeping Soto are minimal once he hits free agency. The longer Nats wait the less they get in return. You have to trade Soto this week!!! Even if Soto stays accepts 550 mill how are the Nats better
