In the same way arcane bolt gives the caster a "charge" to spend at the start of a subsequent phase to deal MW's, Mystic Shield could a give a "charge" to a friendly unit that is spent at the start of a phase to give that unit a MW save for that phase.

Was watching the recent WW episode about the "Battlescroll" FaQ. Specifically save stacking.

Mystic shield+other ability is how stacking became prevalent.

Mystic Shield -> "Arcane Bolt" style 5+ MW save for that phase. Stack for multiple phases?

It looks like the current state of tge RED 4 engine alluded to by the under-the-hood changes in 1.3 has been confirmed in today's investor call.

CDPR wouldn't commit to using it for their next flagship game and that RED'S future was being discussed. Yikes.

Largest difference b/w WoW and FF14's storytelling is FF's use of "dungeons" in narrative content.

The Battle for Ardenweald could have been similar to the Praetorium, allowing for room to be more impactful.

Instead it was watered down and made underwhelming.
