I did a poll on my Facebook that has many Florida politicos and activists on it asking them who they would vote for for governor. Not one person said Byron.
I honestly can’t choose. I feel like there are factions in each that need to be stopped. If I was going to use your playbook I would focus all energy in the primaries of each. Move away from democratic socialist and deep state republicans. Then if there is any political juice left use it on the main election for whoever you can extort more.
@MightyHeaton it’s awesome you’re interviewing @ZubyMusic. He’s awesome and you mentioned him so casually on We’re Not Wrong I’m worried you don’t know how big and awesome he is. Can’t wait to listen!
@FreddyLA7@SamMonsonNFL@pablofindsout I think there are people that are active in the US that want to make you dislike America. They’re losing steam and rejected more and more. I hope your trip continues to be epic. Best wishes
@JesseWright1489@MisisipiTopia@whatkamisays Okay. You’re right text doesn’t sound. But when you’re slinging accusations and getting defensive about experience that differs from your own and accusing me of “sound[ing] like a political sound bite meant to play on emotion” it reads aggressively.
@JesseWright1489@whatkamisays Translation: “I lived in one state for 5 years and it was so bad, I am consumed with prejudice against all states that value something different than I do”
how many people you know have families and live in a place with enough space for a family? Do you or would you raise your kids in a NYC apartment? People do it all the time but I and many people I know have chosen to do it in a place where we can afford a home and kids can have their own rooms, and I don’t have to commute longer than 30 min to work. You can argue with my experience but I’ve seen our friend group scatter so it’s not going to convince me of much. 2/7 stayed in New York and the others went off to start families. It’s how our cookies crumbled. The coworkers I had who had families themselves didn’t live in the boroughs. They lived in white plains or other places that were out there so they could give their kids the life they wanted to give them but the cost was a massive commute time both ways to the point where they’d often crash in the city and not see their family for a night or 2 during the week.
Thank you to all the visitors who come to the US and share your enjoyment of our country! It warms my heart to see foreigner enjoying the spaces and culture
@JesseWright1489@MisisipiTopia@whatkamisays And the geographic sprawl and scale of the city made it so suburbs around NYC are hours away. I knew people that commuted 2-3 to work. That’s a physical limit to family values when you have devote more time to work and commute than family.
