Sometimes it leaks water, sometimes it doesn’t cool.

When i called a service representative he says sir it is not installed correctly and when i ask them to install correctly

Why would i pay for wrong installation done by lloyd installation team.
Such a bad experience with lloyd product and customer service.

I have recently purchased a kurta trouser set in which trouser was missing when i received it and raised complaint on 25 Oct where they told it will be resolved by 30 oct .
When i again called on 30 Oct then they told i will be resolved in 24 hours

I have purchased a chimney and after a week it stops working, i have raised the complaint and technician come and check and say part will change, every week a new technician come and say the same thing but part still not changed

@AmazonHelp Pathetic support of Amazon, today again delivery boy refused to deliver the product and at the end i have to cancel my order.
Amazon support has no control over delivery.
What a shame for such big company

I have made a order of a phone on amazon on 22nd and it has a one day delivery and suppose to be delivered on 23rd April.
But delivery partner refused to deliver the package saying location is too far.

I have raised the complaint on amazon and they mentioned it will be delivered today 24th April but still the same delivery partner not picking up the call and i have not received my product.After multiple calls to the amazon support i have still not received my product

Myntra is becoming pathetic day by day, their support team does not resolve issues, they are sending used products and not returning those orders

2 days back my wife ordered a dress from myntra, which came with a broken tag and she immediately raised the return request as it looks like a used product.

Myntra is not taking back the dress as they are saying it does not have a tag.
We raised the complaint immediately still
