@MarthaDoennig Must do’s and May do’s!
Each student group has a must do at their level once complete they take a picture using Seesaw which the whole class gets to see. Then they get to chose from a variety of may do’s for other skills they need.
A3. I use Cooperative Learning Strat to foster collaboration. I encourage internal competition more than external when it comes to meeting learning goals. In Kinder I use competition within games/activities to teach taking turns and being a good sport.

A1. Personalized learning is getting to know your students likes, dislikes, learning styles, perferences, and knowing what they know and what they need to know. It’s partnering with each one in their learning. #iteachmo
A2. Ask students to explain their thinking and listen!! I am constantly amazed at what my kinders teach me. Once you understand their thinking and/or the breakdown in their learning the two of you can continue the journey. #iteachmo

A6. Students should be actively engaged and talking out their thinking. Teachers should guide the conversation by keeping it on track and asking students to prove/explain their thinking. #SPSMathChat
A3. In sum, work smarter not harder, let the Ss do the work. Ss really need critical thinking skills and by the teacher presenting the problem and the Ss figuring it out, helps strength those skills. #SPSMathChat
