If you want to make the most progress you've ever made in your life, you need to be alone. You need an extended period of isolation, not influenced by friends or media, spent building your future. You need space to learn, think, experiment, and fail.
Give yourself 6 months. Focus solely on the development of your mind, body, spirit, and finances. This is how you get ahead of most people.
Psalm 1 says, “If we'll meditate on God's Word day and night, we'll be like a tree planted along the riverbank, bearing fresh fruit every month, never dropping a leaf, always in blossom.” God designed us to always be in blossom. In every season, you can bear fruit. Your leaf shall not wither.
Heavenly Father,
thank You for giving me another day.
Guide my thoughts, words, and actions today.
Give me strength, peace, wisdom, and good health.
Protect me and my family from every danger.
Open the right doors and lead me according to Your will.
Help me trust You and never lose faith.
In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏✝️
We like what’s easy, but God is saying, “Take those things that are difficult for you to do and give them to Me because that’s how you’ll grow.” When God speaks to those difficult places, He’s speaking to your potential, to becoming everything you were designed to be.
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." John 14:27
In the #GospelOfTheDay (cf. Mt 18:21-35) Jesus reminds us that gift and forgiveness are the foundation of our existence. All things are given to us by God out of pure love, and none of us can claim to be perfect in responding to such goodness. For this reason, gratuitousness — which is the source of our existence — is also the best rule for our life together.
Prayer for Wisdom: “God, Your wisdom is more precious than rubies or pearls. I pray that I would diligently seek You in the decisions I make. Lord, I need Your help today. Lead me to scriptures that apply to my life right now and give me a fresh understanding of Your Word. Help me to humble myself to receive correction and instruction, and to be cheerfully and respectfully obedient to Your Word. Lord, I know that You will lead me out of confusion and make my path straight. I am laying aside all my worldly wisdom and putting my trust in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
God wants you to remember the good: what He has done for you and in your life. When you remember the good, it helps you through the tough times. Use the power of remembrance to strengthen your faith and help you get through.
When you face a battle, remember that you don’t fight alone. God is with you, and He will defeat what stands against you.
Trust Him, stand firm and don’t be afraid. The battle belongs to the Lord
Jesus reminds us that we are never alone. Through every season, every struggle and every uncertain step,
He is with us. Hold on to Him, trust His presence and keep walking in faith
He will never leave you..
The devil didn’t tempt Jesus with pain.
He tempted him with power.
According to the Gospel accounts, after Jesus had fasted for 40 days and 40 nights in the wilderness, he was hungry, exhausted, and alone.
That’s when the temptation came.
First, the devil challenged him to turn stones into bread.
Then he offered him power and glory over the kingdoms of the world.
Finally, he challenged him to prove that he was truly the Son of God by throwing himself from the temple and forcing God to save him.
Three temptations.
Comfort.
Power.
Validation.
And Jesus rejected all three.
That’s what makes the story so interesting.
The temptation wasn’t simply:
“Do something evil.”
It was much more subtle.
“Use your power for yourself.”
“Take the easy way.”
“Prove yourself.”
“Get everything now.”
And isn’t that how temptation usually works?
It rarely walks into your life looking like evil.
It often looks like an opportunity.
A shortcut.
A reward.
A chance to finally prove everyone wrong.
The real battle isn’t always between good and evil.
Sometimes it’s between what you want right now and what you know you should become.
Anyone can have discipline when life is easy.
The real test comes when you’re tired, frustrated, lonely, and someone offers you exactly what you want.
That’s when character speaks.
Jesus didn’t defeat temptation because he wasn’t tempted.
He defeated it because being tempted didn’t make the decision for him.
And that’s the lesson:
You are not your impulses.
You are not every thought that enters your mind.
You are not every desire you feel.
You become who you are by deciding which impulses deserve to be obeyed.
Because sometimes the strongest person in the room isn’t the one who can take everything.
It’s the one who has the power to take it—and still walks away.
