Every time I see Catholics worshipping relics on X, I think of this scene from the 2003 movie "Luther"

This is a long read, but worth the investment. Jon is a "voice of reason" between the far out voices of the CN movement, and the political pietists who refuse to get political at all.

From my vantage point, the CN movement joining hands with Catholics and Christless "conservatives" is very telling. You will not make America great again by uniting with Rome and pagans.

I think if the Lord does truly give us over to the communists and socialists, the CN movement that Jon highlights the second half of the article will be dead. If God grants Americans repentance and true Reformation, then some lane of CN could be attainable, although, it's impossible to know what that would look like...

Joe Biden was elected to political office (senate) on January 3, 1973, just 19 days before the Supreme Court ruled in the Roe v. Wade case. Let that sink into your mind. Biden "ruled" in America for about 51 years, and has supported and overseen the murder of over 63 million preborn children.

ALSO, Biden was the MASTERMIND behind derailing Robert Bork's nomination 1987 for Supreme Court Justice. Bork was appointed by Ronald Reagan. At that time, Biden was head of the Senate Judiciary Committee and he presided over the infamous Robert Bork hearings.

INSTEAD OF BORK being appointed to the Supreme Court, he was rejected by the Senate. Reagan then nominated, Anthony Kennedy, who ended up being the DECIDING VOTE in Planned Parenthood v. Casey upholding a woman's right to abortion (5 to 4 ruling in 1992) and Kennedy was the DECIDING VOTE (5 to 4) in the 2015 Obergefell gay marriage ruling. Had Bork been affirmed, Roe would've been overturned in 1992.

The Christian nationalist “dudes” are unusually good at the modern influencer game. They focus on baiting opponents with audacious claims, that sound counter cultural and "radical" to keep their names circulating in the algorithm. They feed upon the outrage of their critics to "prove" they are right and they are simply just being persecuted. Their followers buy this logic 100% and that's why they are so devoted in defending them.

The point is to keep feeding their audience new claims and revelations, similar to an gnostic experience. It's like they got some "inside knowledge" that no one else does, and no one truly understands things like they do. That is the same playbook Alex Jones has run for decades. Focus on the latest cultural controversy, press into it had, sound like you are a prophet in the wilderness and no one else is "sounding the alarm" and continue to do this over and over to feed your audience.

The controversy is not a side effect. It is the product.
