Our @CTDEMHS Urban Search and Rescue Team (USAR) is on the ground in Vermont working closely with @vemvt & other USAR teams along the Winooski River initiating rescues of residents trapped by flood waters. This morning the teams rescued 5 people and 3 pets. #VTflood23

@gilsimmons @AcuRite Hey @gilsimmons this happened to mine all the time. I’ve found that it’s not signal related for me - I still rx data at the network connection & it’s the web wx underground connection that “breaks”. I switched to ambient wx for hosting & stopped happening. Thought I’d share.

Not being impatient, but I think an update is warranted: no power since 0502, status w/ @EversourceCT still says “assessing” and time to restoration is “to be determined”. Are crews in town? Haven’t seen the outage map change at all for #cheshirect.
