@AccidentalCISO i feel this. i can never seem to fully switch off - always checking emails before bed or adding to my to do list. helps to get the thoughts out, but they’re there til i get to sleep.
@mebank Again, poor response here - can you enlighten your customers as to the root cause and at least provide a rough restoration ETA? Over 24 hours without access to core services and we’re all totally in the dark. Look forward to reading your post-mortem once the issue is resolved.
@mebank Pretty poor messaging - would be great to know the root cause and a rough restoration ETA. Over 24 hours with no Internet or mobile banking and your only responses are “sorry”, “specialists are working on it”. Doesn’t give customers much confidence in your response.
@SwiftOnSecurity I had DA on my high school’s network for four years before I got myself caught plagiarising exam answers in year 11. Got suspended for a couple of weeks, mandatory counselling and no PC rights, but it also got me my first job (securing the HS’ network!)
elon has done many bad, stupid things with twitter, but one thing he deserves credit for is switching up the buttons seemingly at random multiple times a day. this is important to prevent the formation of muscle memory, keeping users from entering The Poster’s Flow
I really hate i have to land on this side of the discourse but scenes like this id legitimately argue is a dangerous idea to put in the heads of thin people. An overweight person does not have to eat like a cartoon to get obese.
