@orlandoferrer @alexpotato I'm thinking I'm going to rebuild with Plex again, since that is what my family is used to, and then set up Jellyfin in my lab to pilot it and see what my wife and kids think of it.

I need to rebuild my media server, currently Plex + a lifetime Plex Pass. Is there a compelling reason to switch to Jellyfin, given that I have a lifetime Plex license already?

My new Ubiquiti UNAS4 is a neat little desktop NAS device, but wow, the Unifi Drive software it is barely a Minimum Viable Product at this point.

@tyhend88 What drives did you put into it? I’m only going to use it for bulk file storage and storage for media for my plex server (mounted via SMB), so I just loaded it with WD Red Plus 5400 RPM drives and a couple 500 gig SSDs for cache.
