@ThatsSoVillage Oppo number 4 bat out hit wicket. But not any old hit wicket. He got down on one knee, swiveling for a massive slog to leg, ball hit him firmly in the knackers and his bat swings round and castles all 3 stumps. I stopped laughing after about 5 minutes

@ThatsSoVillage It was last weekend, but we were playing a touring team. Their batter smashed one to extra cover, who took a sharp one-handed catch. We wondered why he went with one hand and then discovered he had a Mars bar that he was tucking into in his other hand!

@ThatsSoVillage Kept losing the ball in the first few overs, to the extent it took 45 minutes to bowl 5 overs 🤦‍♂️ all worth it when we smashed all club records with the bat including our opener ending on 214*

@ThatsSoVillage Sunday game chasing 238 to win. First batter clean bowled for a golden duck. Number 3 clean bowled first ball as well. Number 4 bat tries to hit hat-trick ball out of the ground and misses (luckily misses the stumps) 2&4 bats then put on 238 in 31 overs to win the game
