@Adobe has made acrobat so incredibly annoying to use by shoehorning AI into it. Their "AI assistant" is now automatically opening whenever you try to view a doc. If you have to badger users into using your crap new feature, maybe they simply don't need or want it??

@Terese4NH From available data, it looks like cost per student is higher, but SAU office positions dropped from 6 to 2 with more reasonable salaries. A lower student-to-taxpayer ratio is probably a factor as well.
