Simply put: I don't know. But what I do know is that Fable 5 is the closest thing to AGI that I have experienced. To me, using Fable is a synesthetic experience in the sense that there is a gnosis when I use it. I don't think definitions like AGI, ASI, etc. are ultimately going to be 1) measureable thresholds; and 2) important. I also think that is setting the bar too low for what these models can already do. All that matters is: can the model reliably do what I want? Opus and similar-tier models are already there for the overwhelming majority of knowledge work as we knew it at the end of 2025 when paired with the the right harness. To me, that is functionally AGI. Fable is a giant leap beyond that. Glad they are extending access to 7/12.

LIBERTY BELLS ring out throughout Philadelphia; the streets ERUPT IN ECSTASY.
This is so beautiful. And so important to study. This phenomena (emergent coherence) is central to much of life, and most people don't even imagine it could happen.
Many “breakthrough” treatments & cures are likely already in the hands of MDs but they don’t know it. This was made clear by MD @DavidFajgenbaum on the Huberman Lab podcast out now.

That all makes a lot of sense - except for the change in trajectory of the missile upon impact. Is there video where it is demonstrated that this type of deflection and sudden/significant change in trajectory reliability repeated? Physics is weird and can often be unintuitive, but as of this moment it seems that a missile of that mass and velocity isn’t going to alter course as dramatically as this video has captured.
