I had a chance to visit MRU's Children's Adapted Physical Activity (CAPA) program now in it's 12 year where we match 40 of our student volunteers with 40 children with disabilities and part of the @YYCAdaptedHub @CTJumpstart and led by @mountroyal4u students. My heart is full.
