@virginmedia Well where do I start… I took a day off engineer was meant to be coming between 8 & 1. No show.. I telephoned to ask what was happening to be told they will put a form through and call me within the hour of an eta. No call. I called again and was offered £25 for a no show.
@asda also to add to my initial post I found out this evening that it should have been honoured manually. This was on Friday 25th October on Asda reward card 9939005203580688 we are very disappointed, there is not the selection in store now
