Senior attorney @Anastasia_esq sits down with @RealKidPoker to talk self-help, government vs charity, DEI, constitutional rights, how technology will continue to make it hard to police cheating in poker, and being nervous around your heroes.
We are pleased to announce that our partners at @PacificLegal are the winners of Atlas Network’s 2024 North America Liberty Award for their groundbreaking victory protecting property rights across the United States.
This victory began with the case of Geraldine Tyler, an elderly woman who lost her Minnesota condo due to just a few thousand dollars in unpaid taxes. In a practice known as “home equity theft,” the government seized her home, sold it at auction, and kept all $49,000 from the sale—far more than what she owed. Pacific Legal Foundation took on Geraldine’s case, eventually taking it all the way to the United States Supreme Court and won.
This landmark victory not only restored justice for Geraldine but also set a critical precedent for property owners nationwide. Pacific Legal Foundation is now working to ensure that every state is in line with the Tyler v. Hennepin County ruling, ensuring that property rights are protected across the country.

Gorsuch - "Today, the Court places a tombstone on Chevron no one can miss. In doing so, the Court returns judges to interpretive rules that have guided federal courts since the Nation's founding."
🪦🪦🪦
So much outrage over two Supreme Court decisions that collectively say “when you face ruinous penalties, you should get a trial, and when you get there, judges should judge.”
We're now 18-2 at the Supreme Court, the same record as @SPavlovich13. Our win comes just in time for our #UFC300 Vegas takeover tonight.
