@Alpha_Futures_ Do it right: create a reserve fund, set aside a percentage, and pay everyone who requested a payout but hasn't been approved yet, even if it takes longer than usual. Pay them in batches, the way you do now. That's the only way to make it right.
Well, it's nice to see, but honestly, it's still wrong that they're only paying the approved payouts.
I had both approved and pending payouts, and I'm grateful that I was able to receive something. But I'm also thinking from the perspective of someone who just requested a payout, waited days just to get it approved, and in the end didn't receive anything.
If they're capable of paying the approved payouts, they should also make things right for everyone else. They could create a temporary vault or reserve for the unpaid Premium Plan payouts and use the available funds to pay the remaining pending payouts first. Once things are back on track, those Premium Plan payouts could be processed as well.
That's how I see it, and I hope that's how you, @Alpha_Futures_, will handle this.
