MT Heather Working facilitated a strong PLC focusing on teacher clarity of priority standards. A key component of a strong PLC is an effective model by the facilitator. Classroom teachers want to

Visited third grade classrooms today at Northview Elementary School in Gas City, IN.

Loved the level of engagement and ownership by students. 💯
