I put up a rain gutter all by my self 😁
The water drips into the front porch there when it rains, hopefully this helps. I did test it with the hose, all down hill and I'll workout a splash pad later. Hope i covered everything and the men dont pick on me too much this time 😂👍
Hi guys, so i will say this. First off, i want to apologize if i said something mean or hurtful yesterday during that short stream. I dont remember anything that i've said during my delirium but from what i was told by my friends and mods, i've let my self-loath and hatred towards myself out, and it wasn't pretty. For my own sanity, i'll trust their words on it.
This being said, please reach out to friends or family if you have deep resentment towards yourself. I'm lucky enough to be a vtuber who have a following and people who cared for my wellbeing. A lot of people out there don't have anyone to talk to about their skeleton-in-a-closet and sometimes, it is too much to bear alone.
Tonight’s entertainment: thunderstorms. ⛈️
Tomorrow’s big adventure: turning off the AC and welcoming the furnace guy for a furnace check up.
Because apparently I live a life of non-stop excitement. Some folks have vacations, wild adventures, and exciting nightlife. Me? I’ve got weather updates and HVAC appointments! I know, I know… try to contain yourselves! Don’t be too jealous now. Around here, I like to live dangerously between the thermostat settings. 🤣 I should warn the paparazzi. Things are about to get wild around here. I have to stop. I can’t let all this excitement go to my head if I expect to sleep tonight.
If you’re also in the path of the storms, I hope your sleep isn’t interrupted. Have a good night. God bless you.
This is inspired by something I just read. Some woman was all concerned about the amount of stuff someone had stored in their garage. Not on the lawn, not in the backyard, not even in a shed. In their garage where it was neatly stacked and hidden from view most of the time by a closed garage door.
A home owner noticed their ring camera going off. When they checked there was some nosy parker out in their laneway, taking a video of what they had in their garage. Of course the owners ran outside to find some HOA busy body taking vids and picture of their stuff.
Once they got her to leave, the realized that their garage door had malfunctioned and the garage door was up instead of down like normal. What would your reaction be to such a violation of privacy?
How I found out my girlfriend was cheating on me with 4 guys
My girlfriend handed me her phone to find a picture of the couch she wanted us to buy. While I was scrolling, a message appeared: “Did he leave for work yet?”
I recognized the name. My best friend. The same guy who’d spent Saturday helping me choose her engagement ring.
I opened it. Then I sat on the edge of our bed reading while she called from the kitchen, asking whether I’d found the picture.
He wasn’t the only one. There were three other men, separate conversations, plans made around my shifts. One evening she’d told me her sister needed her, she’d actually been at a hotel. I remembered that night because I’d sent her money for their dinner.
Then I found a photo my best friend had sent her. Me standing at the jewelry counter, looking down at two rings.
Underneath it, he’d written, “He’s actually doing it.”
She’d replied, “Please talk him out of spending that much.”

Some Ghosts Were Once the People We Loved.
Not all ghosts come back to haunt us. Some never really left.
They live in the songs we can no longer listen to, in the places we avoid, and in the little things we still remember when nobody is watching.
As we grow older, we learn that losing someone doesn’t always mean watching them die. Sometimes, it means watching them become a stranger. Sometimes, it means saying goodbye without knowing it was the last time.
And sometimes, the hardest part isn’t losing them. It’s waking up every morning and learning to live without the person you once thought would always be there.
People tell us to move on. And we do. We go to work, make dinner, laugh with friends, and pretend that life has returned to normal.
But there are nights when a single memory can undo years of healing.
Perhaps that’s what ghosts really are.
Not the dead who refuse to leave.
But the living who never learned how to say goodbye.
And the saddest thing about growing older is realizing that some people will remain young in our memories, while we continue to grow old without them.

I just finished storm proofing the outside of the property and brought in everything loose, under cover. Whew.
Tied everything else down as best I could.
Finished washing clothes and drying in case power goes out.
Made sure the pool is full and shocked in case we have to use water from it again for some things like we did with Helene.
We have some bottled water- getting more.
I sure hope the county is prepared this time.
Fingers crossed! 🤞🏼
My ex shut off my 12-year-old daughter’s phone on Monday night.
She was in the middle of texting a friend about a science project when her phone suddenly said “No Service.”
She asked him about it using my phone.
His response?
He’d removed her line from his plan because, apparently, “that’s what child support is for.”
He pays $1,140 a month.
Her phone line cost him $30.
Anyway…
Today, during my lunch break, I was sitting in my car on level 3 of the office parking garage, eating a sandwich and adding a line for her to my phone plan.
It took 11 minutes.
The SIM will be delivered Friday.
Then at 12:50, my ex texted me:
“Send me her new number. I need to let her know I’ll be late tonight.”
I sent him the number.
And directly underneath it, I added his own words back to him:
“That’s what child support is for.”
Sometimes the best response isn’t an argument.
It’s letting someone hear their own words from the other side.
