Always enjoy my conversations with @VickiMcKenna. Check out our latest, where we discuss @ReformingGovt's latest effort to shine a spotlight on Wisconsin's judiciary by publishing a first of its kind Supreme Court scorecard.
ICYMI: Our General Counsel and Director of the Center for Investigative Oversight, @JacobJCurtis, joined @VickiMcKenna last Friday to discuss the launch of our new website for IRG Court Watch — a hub for tracking Wisconsin courts, justices, and judicial activity. Must read report from the @ReformingGovt Court Watch team @JacobJCurtis, tracking the important court cases working their way through the judicial branch in WI. This is why courts matter.
🚨MORE MEDICAID FRAUD UNCOVERED IN MILWAUKEE 🚨
🧵A Milwaukee woman is said to have received MORE THAN $2 MILLION in fraudulent Medicaid reimbursements for in-home medical care that was never provided.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court gets the headlines.
But the Wisconsin Court of Appeals often has the greatest day-to-day impact on state law.
As the Supreme Court hears fewer cases, appellate court rulings increasingly shape Wisconsin legal precedent.
IRG Court Watch includes:
✅ District-by-district analysis
✅ Judicial trends
✅ Dissents and reversals
✅ Key appellate developments

Most people can name the Governor.
Many can name their legislator.
Very few can explain what Wisconsin’s courts are doing.
But the judiciary impacts:
•election law
•executive authority
•constitutional rights
•agency power
•how laws are interpreted and enforced
That’s why we launched IRG Court Watch — to make Wisconsin’s courts more transparent and understandable for the public.

🚨NEW: IRG Court Watch is LIVE.
The courts shape Wisconsin law every single day — from election law to executive power to constitutional rights — yet most Wisconsinites know very little about how the judiciary operates.
That changes today.

Question for our public schools. Does the $600 million in the new tax deal get us any closer to "fully funding" our public schools? Second question? How much more do we need to spend to "fully fund?"

Repealing Act 10 would cost taxpayers over $2 billion every year, and @TheOtherMandela thinks you should just deal with it.
He said if it costs “a billion to $2 billion per year, we have paid so much more in terms of consequence.”
Higher taxes are always the Democrats’ answer.
.@BenSasse at @ManhattanInst hitting on one of the most critical policy points of our time, and unfortunately, the two political camps are diametrically opposed.
Schools supplement what should fundamentally take place at home. No government employee/official, loves your kid a much as you do...
"Modern schooling is systematically terrible at forming well-adjusted, curious, intellectually creative, entrepreneurial adults.
Schools, even much better schools, cannot solve this.
Here's the truth: Nobody loves your kids as much as you do."
- @BenSasse at the 2026 Alexander Hamilton Awards

Truly inspiring speech from @BenSasse at the @ManhattanInst Hamilton Awards Dinner.
“We are never just one piece of legislation away from civilizational recovery. Politics are merely means. The bigger goals are teleological. And there, souls are essential.”
Really enjoyed having the opportunity to sit down and talk to @CortesSteve about @ReformingGovt's recent oversight work exposing DPI's #WaterparkGate. The public has a right to know exactly how/why standards to ensure Wisconsin kids are (or are not) meeting expectations were lowered.
We also discussed how this issue could resonate this fall. Just as @GlennYoungkin proved in VA, EMPOWERING parents, not government bureaucrats, is a winning message that transcends partisan lines.
Godlewski being the chair of Hillary’s women’s outreach coalition in Wisconsin, and then not even voting for her, is one of my favorite Godlewski facts.
She’s as DC as they come, and she’s desperately trying to climb the political ladder in Wisconsin so she can get back there.
Great day filming in Wisconsin.
Talking education as a Republican issue!
Especially impressed with the next governor of WI, the great @TomTiffanyWI@TiffanyWarRoom
🚨NEW STATEWIDE AD: I love Wisconsin, but Madison politics is holding us back.
As governor, I will lower property taxes, cut red tape, and stop Wall Street from buying our homes and Big Data from bulldozing our farmland.
Cliché? You Betcha!
Wisconsin’s No. 1 ranked 2028 prospect Kinston Knueppel (6’6 SG) plays with pace & poise! He was getting buckets for @team_herro at the @PrepHoops Cream City Collision
Uh, Godlewski calling @TomTiffanyWI an "out-of-touch D.C. politician" is pretty rich.
Godlewski is as DC as they come:
❌B.A. in Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University (Fairfax, VA).
❌Chair of UNICEF Advocacy Committee.
❌8 year tenure at one of the largest federal contractors headquartered in the D.C. metro area, Booz Allen Hamilton (2004–2012).
❌Director of Wisconsin Women’s Outreach for 2016 Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign (not even bothering to vote in the general election).
Finally, as to "out of touch," worth noting her net worth, combined with her husband, is between $24-60M...
Affordability might be a “buzzword” for an out-of-touch D.C. politician like @TomTiffanyWI.
Here in Wisconsin, we know it’s one of the biggest challenges working families are facing.
Put all of the elections on the November ballot with the highest turnout. School boards, municipal and county races, and the courts. Let the maximum number of people have a say in who serves on office.
