We all have something to say.
We each have our own stories and our own experiences with life on this big rock and that crafts our way of seeing things. 2 different people could do the same thing and experience totally different feelings. No approach to life is right or wrong, it is only it. We all take in what speaks to us depending on our values and beliefs. Follow your inner guide and do things authentically because going through life without a mask is the most important thing you can do with this short existence.
People and yourself don’t know what they want, until you make it. You don’t start with the thought process that you’re making something for it to be liked or understood by people. You just make it as good as it can be for yourself and let the people choose if they resonate with it or not.
You’re unconsciously looking for happiness the wrong way. It’s common that people set themselves a big life goal that requires not having any fun while working hard for a looong time until they get that end. That end is exactly when you get hopeless. Imagine you sacrificed a part of your life in service of that thing that was going to make you feel better for nothing to really change anyways because you were looking for happiness. You were trying to fill that emptiness through material, cultural success and external validation. You don’t know what’s going to make you happy in life and no one knows. What’s better than happiness is a true purpose, and that comes from within.
Nobody is ever responsible for your unhappiness but you. You always choose how you see things, how you react to things and how you value things. The problem is here: people unconsciously, have shitty values.
You should be grateful to be under pressure, stressed and afraid if you’re are unhappy with the place you are in life right now. Most people are easily satisfied with the life of mediocrity. In the end, what matters is if you use that pressure to build a better life.
Your reality is not the reality but a subjective approach to life. If you win in your mind, you win in your reality but in the eyes of other you might be something completely different.
Fear is uncomfortable yet it is a very useful tool. Your brain has the ability to project and think about all the terrible things that are going to happen to you if you don’t accomplish your goals. Just imagine it, and it will help you establish new habits and actions. Nobody likes to do it but it’s effective.
