Okay, I’ve held back long enough, but I’m tired of this.

The people bending over backwards to claim Jean didn’t kill anyone in Spider-Man: Brand New Day are being ridiculous.

She deliberately used people as weapons. She forced an elderly woman to drive a tank through the streets and fire at people. She made people jump into traffic and off buildings with the intent to kill.

Peter saying, “You aren’t a killer, Jean,” does not magically erase what happened.

Apparently, if we don’t see a body hit the pavement, nobody died. By that logic, wars have no casualties unless we see the bodies.

You can like the movie. You can like Jean. But stop rewriting the film to excuse what she did.

With great power comes great responsibility.

Unless you’re Jean Grey, apparently.

Watched it. Well made(though the Longman's rage has forced him to repeat many arguments I've already heard). Still don't agree. Correct on some points, very wrong on many, & some can be debated. Still love this film.

@lucas_legacy Yeah but I don't think that plan fits THIS Lizard. It didn't feel like it flowed naturally from what Connors wanted. It felt like they changed out the character the moment he became Lizard for the first time and just forgot abt Connors. Which is a shame cause I like Connors.

So, normally when you release a roadmap it's expected to be followed. Also no follow-up on Waller or Booster Gold, so that's 2 cancellations most likely, Brave and the Bold is taking forever to even get people attached to the project, and those last 2 are probably not happening.
