@kayosports fk your new app! Couldn't watch the end of the Afl or Nrl games tonight, as I caught them both late and the stream ended, so I couldn't watch the end of either.... This new app is dogshit! Please fix this shit!
@kayosports It's nothing troubleshooting will fix. You need to fix the user interface on the ps5 app, as it's garbage since the update. Kayo out the pricing up and made the app look cheap as!
@kayosports what have you done to the latest app update for ps5? The user interface looks terrible, unable to watch the remainder of games on delay when the stream ends, cannot switch between sports without going back to the main menu.. with the price increases expected more!
@NBN_Australia Great but that's not what I asked. Is it the NBN or the ISP that is going to apply the upgrade for eligible customers? Optus are saying that it's the NBN whilst NBN are saying that it's the ISP? Being eligble, I just want my speed increased!!
@NBN_Australia Is it the ISPs or NBN applying the upgrades. I have just been told by Optus that the upgrades come from the NBN system and not the ISP and have been told that it could take up to 2 months for upgrades to be applied!
@optus_help when will the NBN speed upgrade be applied to existing customers? I have been chatting with an Optus team member on live chat who indicated that there is no system date of when it will be applied to my account and that they cannot assign one.. that's ridiculous!
@westernpowerwa what's ups with this. How can there be a planned outage is Secret Harbour with a restoration time of 6pm. Ticks past 6pm and now 'unknown'. It's been off all day, when will it come back on!!!
