@NHLRussell Depends on the package, but I would probably do it in a heartbeat. I’d even go 1st, Byfield, and George. Do it and don’t look back. But also be prepared to go sign a 2C in the offseason like Schmaltz. With the money left over, they could probably take a big swing at him

@rayrliang @NHLRussell I mean you might be looking down that barrel anyway. Kempe, Fiala, Panarin, Moore, all will be too old. And no big time prospects. Might as well push in on the 30 year olds right now LOL. Assuming they can pick up another good 2C, I’d go Byfield, 1st, George and another 1 or 2

@JWPatarino This is an incredible trade if they can get the extension done. I bet Greentree turns into a fine middle 6 piece, but I like the trade. Now go use the your 26 and 27 1st along with the goalies to bring in a legitimate C in the offseason

@NHLRussell Let’s just cut to the chase. The best thing Holland can do for this team is trade Kuzmenko, Perry, and perhaps Foegele at the deadline in a clear seller’s market to add big time draft capital. Then use picks, QB, Greentree, Cihar, and goalies to get Matthews and/or R. Thomas.

@NHLRussell They’re playing much more aggressive the last two games... Better forecheck, D activation, and more down-low/slot plays. Perhaps they can play to this system a bit more? They could be cooking with something
