Crazy week with @jacopo_ferilli, we went from idea (at 4 am lol) to mvp launch in just 4 days, we got a few users and feedback.
Now we refine, iterate, and level up!
@theandreboso I have seen a similar approach done by the channel Diary of a CEO to test thumbnails! (super intersating way of doing this)

This is how Steve Bartlett tests over 100 thumbnails BEFORE he even presses publish on a new podcast episode.
This BLEW my tiny mind this week.
Everyone knows how important a YouTube thumbnail is. It can make or break your video.
Most creators use TubeBuddy or similar software to A/B test their thumbnails in the first few hours of publishing. But the first few hours are the most pivotal to any upload.
This is where Steve’s unreal strategy comes into play - He uses Facebook ads.
Using small-budget campaigns his team runs all the thumbnails as ad creative for around a week before episode launch. Directing users to subscribe to his YouTube.
The main reason for this is to test CTR. Whatever image wins that test becomes the thumbnail.
The added benefit here is he might get a few extra subscribers at the same time - But that is far from the main purpose of these ads.
As of writing this over 50 ads are running for his upcoming episode. Different facial expressions and quotes from the episode.
I’ve never heard of someone doing something like this to determine a YouTube thumbnail and it makes perfect sense.
This is one of the many reasons DOAC is growing so fast.
@vernicor I suggest to do both, only applying what you study you can understand properly how marketing works ,
the main difference between marketing and coding is that marketing need some time to operate and see the effectiveness of your result, coding let you see immediately a result
