.@PropGlobal signs a €1M agreement with Propchain to digitise its €24M student housing development in Trier, Germany.

As part of the collaboration, @PropGlobal will allocate €1M to acquire $PROPC on the open market, granting access to Propchain’s technology stack and ecosystem services.

This marks the first phase of a broader rollout of Propchain’s infrastructure across @PropGlobal’s European portfolio, enabling IoT, data standardisation, onchain record validation, and AI-powered analytics & workflows.

All transactions are recorded transparently via Propchain’s Revenue Conversion Layer (RCL), ensuring verifiable usage of $PROPC for technology access within the Ecosystem V1 framework.

It formalises how real-world economic value generated across Propchain’s business flows into $PROPC activity.

That question actually reinforces why this release matters.

The whole purpose of V1 is to abstract away from speculative dependence. $PROPC shouldn’t rely on narrative cycles or market mood -- it should reflect the underlying business performance.

This version introduces the foundation for that conversion layer.

$PROPC Staking V3: APY Mechanism Explained

Here’s what’s changed and how it compares to the old system ↓

The new dApp V3 introduces three fixed-term staking pools:
→ 6 months (Short-Term)
→ 12 months (Mid-Term)
→ 24 months (Long-Term).

Each pool has a variable APY based on TVL, with longer-term commitments earning proportionally more.

Unlike the previous system, the new APY is dynamic and recalculated every time someone stakes or unstakes. It follows a straightforward model:

APY = (Reward Cap / Total Staked) * (1 / Lockup Duration in Years)

As more people stake, the pool’s APY adjusts downward. When TVL drops, the APY rises.

Rewards accrue continuously via a checkpointing system. Whenever the pool TVL changes, the contract logs a new checkpoint containing timestamp, TVL, reward rate per second, and cumulative reward per token.

This allows users to claim accurately calculated rewards at any time without needing to unstake or reset their position.

Claimed rewards do not auto-compound. If users want to restake them, they’ll need to do so manually.

Early unstaking is always allowed, with penalties scaling based on how early you exit. There are no hard locks. Users in the old staking system can use migration mode to exit cleanly and withdraw tokens and rewards without penalties.

Staking in the new system continues to grant governance rights and access privileges, but now operates under a more robust reward logic that adapts to user behavior, not just pre-set values.

This upgrade moves $PROPC toward a more reliable and long-term-aligned staking infrastructure.
