@Adam_Grant_Bell any levy applied to gas shippers will also be fed through to the electricity market via gas generation, and no doubt there will be other unintended consequences. PR matters more than facts!

@British_Airways There were opportunities for BA to support its customers, when sat on plane for 2 hours or eventually on the other plane. But there was no contingency in place. Overall very poor, hope you support the other customers who were displaced better than this.

@British_Airways BA2811 bari to Gatwick has been deplaned. Was due to depart 2.5 hours ago. When will we get food and drink ? Facilities here inadequate for the number of people

@British_Airways I'm sorry but I was not diverted, just delayed by plane with technical problems at Bari that was due to fly to Gatwick.

@British_Airways Now 4.5 hours late, boarded plane which was diverted from Dubrovnik to Bari. But no one has said this officially yet. Communication and facilities at Bari air side very poor
