Cut wasteful spending
End corruption
Appoint competent leaders
No more taxing an already overburdened public.

@MWEBTweets The attitude of your staff is disgraceful. The lack of urgency is shameful. The lack of competency is the worst I have seen in years. Retentions, billing and moving have all messed up this order.
