If the President's pen is out, he's serious. What Carney is doing to Canada (and therefore, to the security of the US), is forcing America's hand. It would be one thing if Carney was actually trying to improve the lives of Canadians, but that is not his intention. He is serving himself and his Masters, and turning our long-time best friend and protector against us. Creating a "post-national state" without the permission of the electorate is never a benevolent act. It's tyranny.
