💔 My heart is broken , my beautiful partner and husband for the last 34 years has died .
Pete had an accident on the 3rd January and was cared for by an amazing team of Doctors and Nurses in ICU1 at Hull Royal Infirmary . He sadly did not regain consciousness and died on Monday

@b_d4512 Psychiatry, l have been a mental health nurse for 42 years , as l look forward to retirement and reflect on a career l have loved l would say there is an equal measure of challenge and reward and some sadness however no two days are the same .

@LittleHardman We did country dancing at primary and secondary school age 7-8 and probably 12-13 yrs . Girls lined up down one side of the hall/gym boys down the other praying you weren’t last to be picked 🤣🤣🤣

I had a parent contact me, her autistic child is really nervous about starting a new school in September, I ask her if her son has a special interest, oh yeah he loves post boxes, not posting letters into them, just the post box itself, so I say to map the area between your house and the new school, and over the summer walk or drive to each and every phone box on your little map home-phoneboxes-new school, we start the preparation before he even gets to school, build a routine we build safety of the routine, then we start on how to help prepare him for when he gets through the school gates.
