@HealthHarmonie If it is your normal customer service, which your company is happy with, there’s no point referring it to anybody, is there? And you don’t need my details as it’s not about me, it’s about the quality of you company’s customer service in general.
Referred by GP to @HeathHarmonie. No online booking. Wait through long phonecall, then somebody takes my details, tells me to call back on FRIDAY to book appt. It takes 3 working days to ‘process’ me. Last time I was sent to @HealthHarmonie scanner operator didn’t turn up.
@HealthHarmonie Is this an ‘incident’ - a one off? Was I just unlucky? Do people normally book their appt with just 1 call? l’d assumed it was your normal level of customer service to ask people to phone twice, 5 days apart, to get an appointment 1/2
@nxwestmidlands@Dayl123@nationalexpress Don’t use the cricket as an excuse for your poor attitude to your customers. I’m not criticising changes to buses. But where are notices about changes to services on bus stops? Basic human courtesy.
@nationalexpress@nxwestmidlands Maybe you should consider changing your name so that you don't get confused with a bus company not noted for good customer service.
