@virginmedia I don't need a chat I need the code to untether/unlock my phone from virgin. As I understand it you are no longer allowed to lock phones to a service provider and this issue has occurred due to the age of the phone coupled with the forced migration to O2 1/2

@virginmedia As I said before many times I need a PUK code to unlock my phone Samsung S5 from the virgin media network so that it will work on the O2 network which you have made me transfer to. 1/2

@virginmedia Error message on trying on the phone says 'PIN CODE UNLOCK SIM SERVICE PROVIDER' I assume this is telling me the handset is locked to virgin and cannot connect to O2

@virginmedia First time I waited a LONG time 43rd in queue, they sent a new SIM, 2nd time gave me an 8 digit code without asking for MIEI which didn't work. Said they'd phone back which they didn't do

@virginmedia My virgin account won't log me in to any details for this number because its been migrated by you to O2. O2 can't do anything because the phone is locked to virgin. If I do you the miei # can you message me the PUK code because 2 long phone calls have not resolved the issue?
