Purchased windows from @universlwindows in 2025. Replaced 12 windows in our home. Tried contacting our rep for a QMID. No response. Inside reps have no info. Come on Universal do right by your customers! COMMUNICATE with us.

My husband and I bought a GE fridge from Lowes Lorain OH on 7/29 with del 7/31. No delivery. Spent several days calling customer care @LowesCares and talking to store manager. All say so sorry donโt know when it will deliver. We dropped the ball. No reschedule. @MarvinREllison

So last time I deal with Lowes. Just not customer service oriented. Just trying to cover their backsides.
