@JFLhere I have always wanted to ride on a magic carpet. I would write a story about it if I knew more places. As it is, I would have to land in an imaginary country. Don't tempt me!
@Odyne_LaFee At least you did use colour. I can't believe the number of folk on Under the Hammer who restore old homes and paint EVERYTHING white. I would hate to live in a white house, especially one with a black kitchen. If you rent a house are you allowed to decorate it?
@AustinJ_P_ No it doesn't. Writing a sequel might be easy but starting a new project is difficult. I think your first book has had years of internal preparation but the next ones need you to hone your skills.
@writingoutlook That is the aim for some of us, but not all. Some folk write for a living and the rest is secondary. All kinds of motivation are valid.
@johncalia I wish I could remember. It seemed to make sense at the time but I can't find the post it referred to. There's a technique to social media and I haven't mastered it yet.
@JWillows_Author she believes she could stay with him for ever.
Then she remembers. He supported the idea of Scottish Independence. She could not help him in his efforts to succeed. He had been elected and now she would have to leave him.
