But you. You know you are a divine being. There’s nothing to fear. They’ve lost their hold on you. So keep working on yourself. Cultivate peace within. Stay unshakable. Untouchable. Above the field. You’ve always had the power. You just had to remember.

The very essence of life is Love. A boundless, infinite force that seeks to fill every corner of your being with its abundance. It flows through all things. Desiring only to nurture. Uplift. And overflow within you. Reminding you that you are inseparable from its radiant source. When you align with this truth, life reveals its richness. And you realize Love was always there. Waiting to embrace you fully.

Rising above suffering means raising your vibrations. And maintaining them as high as possible. This takes practice. Among the many paths, meditation is perhaps the most universal. Meditation is the practice of stepping back. Sitting quietly. Observing and accepting what is. And disidentifying from the thoughts and emotions that pass through you.

To meditate is to connect with the vast, infinite space of your true nature. Rather than becoming entangled in the fleeting appearances of forms. Daily meditation strengthens you. Offering the energy to react less. Heightening your discernment. And allowing you to see, moment by moment, what is truly unfolding.

To meditate is to nourish the divine within. It’s a practice of anchoring yourself in clarity. Peace. And higher frequencies.

There’s no magic formula. The path is unique to each of us. Pray with sincerity. Pray with childlike innocence. Pray from the depths of your heart. Ask divine intelligence to reveal solutions. Ask it to illuminate your vision. Let it guide you. Step by step. Trust the process. Keep refining your connection to the divine. Welcome more and more Love. And more and more Love. Until it overflows into every cell. Touching and transforming every part of your being.

The great virtue of suffering is its power to bring us back to ourselves. To the truth. It’s the return of the prodigal son. When, after exhausting our essence in pursuit of worldly experiences, we find ourselves at a breaking point. Nothing works anymore. And so, we turn inward. We begin to search.

That moment is a profound blessing. A grace. From then on, suffering takes on a purpose. It becomes a tool for liberation. A conscious process of release. This is why suffering on the spiritual path feels so acute. Because it’s illuminated by awareness. Grace is immense. But the path is arduous. And this is why so few have the courage to walk it.

See life through the heart. See how it endlessly showers you with blessings. That's all it wants. To care for itself through your form. Through all forms. Life wants to make Love with life. Everything is beautiful. Everything is a gift. And when the heart opens to this truth, joy sparkles in every moment.

Yes, obstacles will still arise. But with this perspective, you’ll find a deep, unwavering strength of soul. A force that expands your capacity to accept and flow with what is.

Intense times we are in. On every level. Each year grows more potent as we approach the culmination of this long cycle of vibrational descent of souls in this reality. You may already feel overwhelmed by the intensity. Or you will soon. Unless you roll up your sleeves. With courage and self-Love. And do the inner work.

No matter how bad it feels. Don’t add a story to the feelings. Don’t project outward. Just sit with yourself. In stillness and silence. Every single day. Let what needs to surface pass through you. To never return. Just like the real you. Ready to rise from this muddy cycle you unknowingly kept coming back to.
