🚨‼️Yesterday—at 12:19 in the afternoon, there was a 💥💥🔫 shooting in an apartment complex in the 2500 block of Kemper Lane on Tuesday in Walnut Hills, #Cincinnati .

No charges are being filed in connection with a fatal shooting in Walnut Hills Tuesday.

Officers confirmed a man was transported from the scene to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he later succumbed ☠️ ☠️ to his injuries.
On Tuesday evening, police identified the shooting 💥🔫 victim as 47-year-old Gregory Taylor-Tolliver.
The man who fired shots was also reportedly taken to the hospital afterwards for gunshot wounds.

In an update Wednesday, police said after detectives and prosecutor's office spoke, no charges are being filed.
Police believe the shooting was in self defense, but that if any new evidence comes to light, there can certainly be a potential for conversation, but at the moment no charges.
