@shopDisney is there actually anyway to contact you regarding an item missing from my order - a week i have been trying, you were so quick to take payment but my word terrible customer service - will not shop with you again that’s for sure
@flannelsfashion You’ve had my order number plenty of times, I have literally just had an email from you, I do not want it to be looked into I want my money back which you will not do so @BBCWatchdog needs to look into your law breaking practices
@BBCWatchdog need to look into @flannelsfashion absolute joke of a company, 2 months ‘investigating’ my lost parcel, numerous requests for a refund but still nothing, this is a breach of consumer law, something needs to be done about this business
