@FernConnor@HM_Passport Mines was also a lost passport so I wouldn’t worry about that. It had been sitting at the processing stage since 29th March. I picked up mine this morning with no issues. 🤞🏻 for you xx
@ZoeyFry4@KatieJLawson@bev_brannon@MilfNotts@HM_Passport The upgrade team won’t deal with your application until it’s less than 2 weeks until you travel. Phone up a couple days before and they will tell you which office will deal with your upgrade. Best of luck 🤞🏻

@MULLLEY@passportwaiting@BBCNews It’s appalling service! Was on hold for 2 and a half hours to the management team today. Due to fly on Sunday (8th) was told they would be in touch 2 working days before. Not holding out much hope! My 3 kids were delivered weeks ago 😭
