@FitbitSupport my fitbit charge 3 has been skipping steps. I've soft and factory reset. What other options do I have? This is my 2nd fitbit. I bought it 11 mo ago. My 1st fitbit worked for 3 yrs. If this one stops working I gotta switch to a diff brand.

@mutualofomaha my mom went through costco and they gave her a great refi rate. after that the mortgage went downhill. the rep / processor went MIA and the team was horrible at correspondence. customer svc is so lacking. Waiting to close at snail pace.
